No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products purchased from JK Brand 1.
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, product details, or availability, contact us before placing your order.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:
Item received is faulty or defective
Wrong item sent in error
If you believe your order qualifies for an exception, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order number
Photos of the issue
We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not issued.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or style changes. To request an exchange:
Email info@jkbrand1.com with your order number and the new item/size you want
You are responsible for return shipping costs
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send the new item
Store Credit
If you are unsure about your purchase, you may request store credit instead of an exchange. Store credit:
Includes a 10% bonus
Valid for 12 months
Transferable to another person
