JK Brand 1 operates as an online retailer specialising in Pakistani and Afghani traditional apparel for women. We are based in the United Kingdom. All transactions are processed in GBP (£).

3. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Inventory is only confirmed once payment is processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability).

  • You will receive an order confirmation email; a contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely through encrypted systems.

5. Delivery (UK & International)

  • UK Delivery: We aim to dispatch within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery (Royal Mail/Secured Courier) takes 3–7 business days.

  • International Delivery: Available to selected countries. Delivery times and costs vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Risk of loss/damage passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect parcels upon receipt.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers):

  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of cancellation.

  • You then have 14 further days to return the item(s) in original, unworn, unwashed condition with tags intact.

  • Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Made-to-order or customised items.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Intimate apparel or items without original tags.

Faulty/Damaged Items:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate under UK consumer law.

7. Product Descriptions & Colours

  • We strive for accurate descriptions and images. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or embellishment may occur due to fabric batches, screen settings, or artisanal production.
