Placing an Order
How to Order:
Browse our collection and select your desired items
Choose size and quantity
Add to basket and proceed to checkout
Enter your delivery and payment details
Review your order before submitting
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive:
Immediate acknowledgement – “Thank You” page on our website
Order confirmation email – within 5-10 minutes (check spam folder)

Order Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when:
✅ We send you a dispatch confirmation email
✅ The item(s) have been packed and handed to our courier
Until dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel your order if:
The item is out of stock
There was a pricing error
Payment is not authorised
Fraud is suspected
If we cancel, you will be notified immediately and fully refunded.
Order Amendments
Before Payment:
You can freely edit your basket.
After Payment (Before Dispatch):
Need to change something? Email us immediately at [orders@jkbrand1.com] with:
Order number
Change required (size, colour, address, item)
We will try to accommodate changes, but once an order enters packing (within 2 hours of placement), changes cannot be guaranteed.
After Dispatch:
Changes cannot be made. Please follow our Returns Policy once you receive your item.
Order Cancellation
You Can Cancel:
Within 2 hours of ordering – Full refund, no charge
After 2 hours – We’ll try to cancel, but if already packed/dispatched, you’ll need to return item upon receipt (see Returns Policy)
We May Cancel:
Item out of stock
Payment failure
Suspected fraudulent activity
Pricing error
We will notify you immediately if we cancel and issue a full refund.
Pricing & Payment
Prices:
All prices in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout (cannot be applied after order placement)

We do not store your full card details
Your payment is processed by trusted payment partners
Failed Payments:
If payment fails, you will receive an email with a link to retry payment. Orders with failed payment are held for 24 hours only, then cancelled automatically.
Order Issues
Missing Items:
If your order arrives incomplete:
Check packing slip for itemised list
Items may ship separately (you’ll receive separate tracking)

Wrong Item Received:
Contact us immediately with:
Order number
Photo of item received
Photo of label/packing slip
We’ll arrange return and send correct item at no cost.
Damaged in Transit:
If item arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of damage and packaging
Contact us within 48 hours
We’ll arrange replacement or refund
Delivery Delays:
UK: Most orders deliver within 3-7 working days
International: 7-21 working days (customs may cause delays)
Check tracking first, then contact us if significantly overdue
