Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

  • No stains, odours, or damage

  • Original packaging where possible

Non-returnable: Sale items, custom orders, worn/washed items, items without tags.

How to Return

Step 1: Email info@jkbrand1.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason for return

Step 2: We’ll confirm within 24-48 hours with return address.

Step 3: Pack securely and ship with tracked, signed-for delivery.

Step 4: Once received and inspected (3-5 working days), we’ll process your refund/exchange.

Refunds

  • Processed within 24 hours of inspection

  • Refund to original payment method (3-10 working days to show in account)

  • Changed mind: Refund excludes original shipping

  • Faulty/wrong item: Full refund including shipping

Exchanges

  • State “exchange” in your return email

  • Specify new size/item wanted

  • You pay return shipping; we send new item free (UK only)

  • If out of stock, refund or store credit offered

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of issue

We’ll arrange free return (UK) or reimbursement (international up to £15) and offer refund/replacement.

International Returns

  • You pay return shipping

  • Use tracked service

  • Mark “Returned Goods – UK Origin” for customs

  • Refund within 5 working days of receipt

Store Credit

Choose store credit and receive:

  • 10% bonus

  • Valid 12 months

  • Transferable
